The double moulds machine offer higher productivity than single mould machine. One machine can produce two different types of pallets of the same size, making it easier to automate production.

High precision
The press pallet machine adopts three-beam four-column structure. The four columns guiding device ensures the high precision of closing moulds and the stability of the machine while working.
High durability
The raw materials of machine are all durable materials which minimize the maintenance for the machine. The upper mold is integrated with the “Sliding beam”, which doubles the strength, stability and precision.
High capacity
The capacity of double moulds machine can reach up to 7-13 pallets per hour, it can also be equipped with an automated production system to save production costs and be more efficient.
Better molds design
The final product of compressed pallet adopts one-piece design with round corners. They can be stacked up for storage by saving 60% of space in comparison with traditional pallet.
